Project Description

A transformative project that empowered female students and young women by building their capacity in science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), and entrepreneurship.

This completed project successfully empowered female students and young women by building their capacity in science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), and entrepreneurship. The initiative addressed gender gaps in STEM fields while promoting entrepreneurial skills development.

The comprehensive program included mentorship opportunities, hands-on training workshops, business incubation support, and networking events. Participants gained technical skills, business acumen, and confidence to pursue careers in STEM fields or launch their own enterprises.

The project created lasting impact through the establishment of ongoing support networks, the development of sustainable mentorship programs, and the creation of resources that continue to benefit young women entering STEM and entrepreneurship fields.
